Hi loves!
I’m flying out tomorrow am to head to Mexico and get hitched so I’m popping in real quick here to share with you this FABULOUS recipe, that is quite literally a weekly staple at my place.
This EASY Chicken Cacciatore recipe is so simple, quick and easy that I’m confident once you try it out it will become a weekly staple at your place too!
It’s also super versatile. You can pair this up with pasta (my fav is buckwheat) or zucchini noodles or rice- whatever your little heart desires!
This recipe also works super well in the slow cooker – which is really handy if you’re extra pressed for time. Just toss in all of the ingredients – set it to low and BAM- you’ll come home from work with a delicious steaming hot meal just waiting for you!
I’ll be a touch quieter on the blog for the next couple of weeks as I take some time out to soak up all of the beautiful company and good times to be had at our destination wedding!
I’ll still be popping in regularly on Instagram and Facebook so now’s a great time to follow if you aren’t already!
I’m also already brainstorming some posts on how to stay healthy whilst travelling – so stay tuned for that.
In the mean time- go whip this tasty meal up- you’re going to love it!
