To eat or not to eat, that is the question

2 Kilos down last week, 5 kilos up this week.

If you whinge about how you can’t fit into your skinny jeans to your partner and bff one more time, you’re convinced they’ll disown you for life.

Constantly worrying about what to eat, what foods won’t make you fat or at the very least make you feel like Shamu, yet the scales say otherwise.

If one more person recommends clean eating  or food prep to you, you’ve got the noose ready to go.

But you love food! Some wankers, I mean people would even call you a foodie.

Introducing: Cut the Crap

AKA: How to get back to basics, you and me, your bod and my know how.

Let’s figure out what YOUR BOD needs to keep you looking and feeling like those $200 jeans that don’t fit (for now).

Because it’s not more rules you need, it’s connection.

Let’s get real for a sec:

Just ordered take away pizza for the 4th time this week (and it’s only Wednesday)?

Convinced that you’re destined to simply be “the chubby one” for the rest of your life?

Tried every diet under the sun and you’re right back where you started from?

Feeling you’re basically beyond the point of no return, beyond being “fixable”?

AND if someone gives you the calorie in vs. calorie out spiel one more time or advises you to cut carbs and sugar you’re prob’s gonna snap?

What if you were able to swap the focus from what you can’t have to what you can?

You already know that diets don’t work and giving them the finger hasn’t helped much either.

So if you can’t think you’re way through this, how in all that’s green and holy do you eat delicious food and still fit into your jeans?

The answer can’t be found in your head, babe, it’s in your bod.

The trick is to be connected to it AND know how to tune in, to transcribe.

That’s where you start to find harmony and get your outsides to match your insides.

Hey , I’m Elise and  I’m here to help you cut the crap, in so many ways.

As a Mindful Nutrition Expert, all things food, nutrition and body love are my jam.

Once upon a time, just like you I struggled with food.

I was a master of the on again off again cycle until I discovered the untapped resource that held the key to me finding harmony with my body and the capacity to stop obsessing and stressing over food.

I learned how to intuitively be in harmony with my bod so that I effortlessly found and am still able to maintain my “happy” weight without constantly dieting and smashing myself in the gym.

And now I make a full time living  teaching people just like you how to do that for yourself.

You’ve done the digging but it’s not more knowledge you need, it’s know-how.

Cut the Crap is a 6 week group coaching program to help you cut through the noise of what you “should” be doing and find out what YOUR BODY needs.

You’ll be guided by me week by week as I take you through everything you need to know to help you and your body get back on the same page again.

From grocery shopping tricks, to eating guidelines (not diet rules) all the way to mindset traps and ways to create habits on a deep level to never have to diet again.

Every week we’ll meet twice a week- one for our group coaching call and one for our Q&A!

I’ll guide you through each recorded module and you’ll have time to start applying the know-how before we meet for our recorded Q&A.


Week 1

Start Fresh!  We’ll get set up for the weeks to come. Time to lay the foundation for the weeks ahead.

I’ll reveal tips to save time on your weekly grocery shop, how to stock the pantry for success and how to read labels to figure out what the heck you should be buying!

We focus on adding the good stuff in, not cutting it out. Easy, simple small steps so you’ll be laughing all the way into those jeans!

Week 2

Mindset reset time! We’ll dive into our language, beliefs and values around food to uncover the self-sabotaging beliefs that have been holding you back.

Then we’ll look at how to  adapt and adjust the way you view food to support you in making the right choices for your bod.

We’ll practice thought-cleansing and body decoding to help cement these new patterns.

I’ll show you how to start approaching food so that you guys are back on the same team so you can start freeing up some of that precious brain space of yours!

Week 3

Eating guidelines. NOT food rules.

You’ll learn how to approach meal time to avoid overeating, and how to recalibrate your hunger/satiety cues. You’ll become an expert at carrying this into your daily life. Because we’re playing for keeps here.

I know you’re busy and these tips can be applied even if you’re Arianna Huffington.

Week 4

We leap further as I show you tools to discover how to eat for YOUR BODY.  

With  your new-found body awareness you’ll be able to decode what foods are working for you and what foods aren’t.

I’ll  show you how to ditch the battle with will power for good. You’ll learn how to differentiate between emotional vs physical hunger and how to apply this to kick mindless eating to the kerb.

Get ready to say goodbye to guilt and sayonara to food stress!

Week 5

Refine and readjust, because shit happens.

I’ll teach you my foolproof healthy eating essential tips and we’ll delve deeper into common hurdles and challenges you may be experiencing at this time.

Learn why perfection is NOT the goal how to use slip up’s  to your advantage instead of letting them derail your efforts.

This week is catered to you and we’ll dive into what’s tripping you up!

Week 6

Onwards and Upwards! I’ll show you how to implement the last 5 weeks so that you carry them on 4 life, because that’s how we roll.  

We’ll go over the pitfalls for lasting change so you know what to look out for so you don’t fall off track in the future.

I’ll show you how to keep going even further to become healthier, more confident in your own skin and happier than you ever imagined possible.

You’ll probably be beating yourself up at this stage for not starting sooner, but that’s ok because you’ve learned how to drop the guilt.

Because as much as this IS about the FOOD, it’s also related to every other aspect of your life.

The magic of this work is that it extends beyond the food, how far it expands is entirely up to you.
